About Us

ECPAC accomplishes this by building and strengthening partnerships with over 45 community organizations, family partners, and other key stakeholders such as elected officials and businesses to work together to break down barriers, build off of community strengths, and address identified gaps. Through partnerships, ECPAC works to increase public awareness, improve policies, and ensure sufficient and efficient investments to support young children and their families. ECPAC offers various professional development opportunities towards improve quality of care. ECPAC works with partners to provide services and supports as identified. All efforts work toward the mission to build a community where every young child and their family can reach their full potential. Having Adams County be a great place to raise children, live, work, and play is a top priority - recognizing that children thrive when their families thrive.
