The Metro North Chamber and Development Council is proud to present 2013 Legislative Briefing Breakfast, a Development Council Breakfast Series event. Join us on Friday, December 13th from 7:30am - 9:00am. We will have the opportunity to hear from our Colorado State Legislators representing the Metro North region about their priorities and outlook for the 2014 Legislative Session. Additionally, we will host a Q&A session offering our Metro North region businesses the opportunity to ask our legislators their burning questions.

BUSINESS & GOVERNMENT (BGA) AFFAIRS
The Business & Government Affairs Committee (BGA) plays an active role in advocating on behalf of the communities and businesses in the Metro North region. Throughout the legislative session, the BGA Committee meets to discuss pending legislation and emerging issues and the impact they will have on not only businesses, but also the Metro North region as a whole. Our mission is to speak with one unified voice to promote the economic vitality of the region through diverse and equal representation. The BGA Committee consistently advocates on behalf of issues such as: Economic Development, Transportation, Education, Workforce Development, Energy, Workers Compensation, Tax Structure, etc.
