BUSINESS & GOVERNMENT (BGA) AFFAIRS
The Business & Government Affairs Committee (BGA) plays an active role in advocating on behalf of the communities and businesses in the Metro North region. Throughout the legislative session, the BGA Committee meets to discuss pending legislation and emerging issues and the impact they will have on not only businesses, but also the Metro North region as a whole. Our mission is to speak with one unified voice to promote the economic vitality of the region through diverse and equal representation. The BGA Committee consistently advocates on behalf of issues such as: Economic Development, Transportation, Education, Workforce Development, Energy, Workers Compensation, Tax Structure, etc.
